Very charming cottage. Great location, walk to downtown Auburn and Old Town Auburn. Next to hiking, biking, running trails. Down a private driveway, off street parking for two cars. The cottage has wood floors and a fireplace and built in book case in the living room. There are lots of windows to let in the light. It has a small deck off of the living room and kitchen. There is a full basement underneath with washer dryer hookups, and a huge amount of storage space and/or work area. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property. Rent is month to month, but we are looking for a long-term tenant. Utilities not included in rent
