COSTS: $300 per monthly utility fee, which covers all utilities, plus a TV subscription, Wi-Fi, trash and landscaping. Renters insurance required. There is a one-time $240 non refundable cleaning fee, a refundable security deposit equal to one month of rent, and a 3.5% monthly admin fee, PETS One small dog is allowed with an additional $100 cleaning fee (size and breed restrictions may apply). Cats not allowed. SMOKING is not allowed in or around this property. A $350 fee will be charged if there is smoking in the home.
