We require a one year lease with first months rent, and one month security deposit due at inception. No dogs are allowed in our building and NO SMOKING is allowed! A pet cat may be negotiable with an additional pet security deposit. This is a quiet and stable building of single professional people or couples, the apartments are too small for families.
