Water approximately $60/mo , Trash $25/mo, Electric approximately of $150-200/mo, electric heat pump with Fuel oil furnace approximately $1400 to fill tank and it lasts 1 winter and part of 2nd winter. Central AC from heat pump. Total monthly housing cost equates to $1400 for your budget. Includes kitchen appliances: electric stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Tenant must establish credit with fuel oil Company to order oil. Lease Terms This property is for rent by owner and not associated with any Broker or Agent. Lease term is 2 year minimum with month to month option automatically following lease term. The penalty for breaching the lease agreement is the forfeiture of the security deposit to the Landlord. A 30 day move out notice is required. No Pets preferred. Tenant is responsible for all applicable utilities at the property which may include: electric, gas or fuel oil heat, trash, phone, cable, internet, US mail service, public water or public sewer. You may call the local utility companies with the address to get an estimate of the average monthly utility cost. For any rental property that requires propane or oil heat, the responsibility lies solely with the Tenant to establish credit with the service provider to get propane or oil delivered. The Landlord takes no responsibility to provide heat for the Tenant. Furthermore, the property will at no time be without heat due to the Tenants lack of responsibility and credit. The lease is void if the Tenant cannot provide heat at the property.
