There is also an in-unit washer and dryer. The house was built in 1953 and was completely renovated in 2008. The property is located on Highland and Fort Union, giving quick and easy access to retail shops and both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. There is plenty of parking (2 driveways as well as street parking) and a large backyard with peach trees and a garden. Price is $1,500 and includes all utilities (internet, water, gas, trash etc.) $1,200 security deposit. Lease will be for 12 months with the opportunity to renew. We have 2 cats and a small dog upstairs. If you have a dog that is friendly with other animals, including cats, then that would be acceptable.
