We are subletting a room in a beautiful, in a spacious flat in a Victorian right on the Panhandle, located only 3 blocks from USF and 10 blocks from UCSF Medical Center. It's very close to Golden Gate Park, the Haight, Divisadero, Whole Foods, shops, restaurants and public transportation. The room is on the smaller side, includes a twin bed with linens, closet with a mirror, table, chair, floor lamp, night stand. The room has a big window, but not a whole lot of natural light or a view. You would share the flat with 4 people. We are a quiet and clean household and you must be responsible, respectful and clean. No smoking, drugs or excessive drinking is allowed in the house. Rent is $875/mo + $100/mo flat fee for utilities(water, power, internet, garbage) and commonly used paper products, etc. A deposit of $1500 will be required prior to moving in.
