Oceanfront 4 bedroom condo with a private 2 bedroom suite and private bath for rent all utilities included. The main rental suite has a king bed, TV and ocean view in one bedroom, and the second bedroom has 2 double beds, TV and ocean view. In between the bedrooms is a full bathroom with ocean view. You also have a balcony with two chairs overlooking the Cribstone Bridge and the ocean. Access to your second floor suite is through the interior of the condo through shared space up a set of stairs. You have access to a shared gym inside the condo also on the second floor, and also the ground floor kitchen, dining area and living room. All rooms have an ocean view. The owners (my husband and I) live in the condo on the second floor with our 2 dogs (miniature schnauzers). The ground floor also has another bedroom with a full bathroom, as well as a washer and dryer. Outside there's a large private wharf for you to use and enjoy and a large yard, all right on the ocean. You also have access to our private parking lot. In terms of location, you are right next to the Cribstone Bridge on Bailey Island, and walking distance to Cook's restaurant. The condo is for sale, but we can honor all rentals through June 30, 2027, and then give 60 days' notice after that date. For sale showings would be scheduled with 24 hours' notice. Realistically we do not expect many showings between now and May 2027. Utilities are included including heat, water, TV, internet and gas. There are only 2 condos in this complex, but the owner of the second condo is almost never here, so really there is only my husband, me and you! No smoking allowed
