As our renter we invite you to use our stairs to the beach. This apartment is perfect for anyone who loves water, amazing sunsets and a relaxing environment. We cannot wait to share our home with you! Rent includes all utilities. Non-refundable one-time pet deposit of $400 and cleaning fee of $200 required with deposit.
