We care greatly for the house our children were raised in and with great communication, we would love for another family to have similar experiences and growth in this house. Specifically, we're looking to do quick 15-minute walk throughs with you every 2-3 months to keep note of any upkeep needed. Lease for 12 months. Smoking allowed outdoors only.
