The kitchen has a room for the washer and dryer as well an exit to the small backyard. This home is located near I-10, hospitals and shopping. Community pool and 2 parking spots, one under a carport and the second one uncovered. Water is included in the rent and for that reason we need someone who is willing to water the small patch of grass and the fruit and ornamental trees. The neighbors to the sides and across the sidewalk are wonderful. This is a wonderful place to live in.
