Any damage to the apartment by pet(s) is the sole responsibility of tenant to fix or replace. Get togethers of 2-4 additional people are ok, but no parties allowed. Quiet hours start at 10pm on weekdays and 12pm on weekends. We expect the tenant to maintain the apartment, which means regular cleaning of the entire apartment and appliances. We are happy to recommend a cleaning person at the tenant's expense.
