There is also a couple small areas where the floor is uneven or sinking and needs support. Some of the windows are in need of repair or maybe even replaced. It could be fixed by channeling the water, creating a rain garden, small pond, or some kind of landscaping. No the property is not in a wetland. There are no roof leaks. The town of Florala is like taking a step back in time with a very small town feel but having just about anything you would need as far as groceries, pharmacy, restaurants, hardware stores, auto parts, household supplies, medical facilities, schools, etc. For big chain stores like a Walmart or Lowes; Defuniak springs is about a 20 minute drive with hardly any lights.
