Lower level has one room with a separate entrance, which is not for rent (we use it for a few ski trips). The house is located in a very nice neighborhood, very peaceful setting. Backyard is open and forested. Wrap around covered deck in the front and along the sides. Corner lot and 2 adj. lots are Conservancy reserve with pine trees. House is extremely well maintained, and tastefully decorated. It will come partially furnished. One bedroom furniture may stay upon request. (The pictures were taken a few years ago when we bought the house. Current tenants have kept the house in very good and clean conditions.) Washer/dryer in unit. Large sloped crawl space that can be used as a big storage. Good credit and sufficient income (minimum 3x rent) are required. We may be open to renting out individual rooms. Owner pays water and garbage. Tenants pay gas and electric. Pets okay upon review (friendly and quiet). 9 month lease to start, and then month to month.
