We ordered it with all carpet removed and vinyl tile throughout the house it has a 30 year roof and has made it through 3 hurricanes without losing any shingles both front and rear entry doors are residential size all the windows are double pane low e glass the walls are tape and textured Sheetrock the skirting is hardy concrete fiber board with vents so it doesn’t fly away in a wind storm the home is anchored down through concrete. The storage shed is 10x16 double lofted barn with power ran to it and will go with the home. This home is rural development approved feel free to ask for any other information on it
