No penalty early termination with 30 day notice. Deposits as follows: $2000 refundable damage deposit, $250 non-refundable cleaning deposit to have the house professionally cleaned and stocked with linens before your arrival. (NOTE: we do not provide soaps) Pet deposit is $1000 minimum (1 pet) with $250 per additional pet, 4 pets max, no large or aggressive breeds. Pet deposit is refundable with no pet damage. Must provide proof of renters insurance at tenants expense. Applicants considered on case by case basis. Background check required, cost is $100/per adult occupant. All over night guests staying loner than 5 consecutive days must be approved by landlord prior to stay. Violations will result in cancellation of lease and eviction without refund of deposit(s).
