I am looking for someone to take over my 1-BR lease starting January 1st. It is a newly renovated unit and is within a one minute walk to the bus to UConn-Storrs campus. The neighbors are very nice, and the unit has brand new carpets, windows (lots of light!!), doors, cabinets, and ample storage space. The unit is located in the Colonial Townhouse Apartment Complex in Willimantic. If interested, I am also willing to leave some of my furniture, including a futon couch.
