It's an old railroad house built in 1875. I, my wife and two children currently live in the house but, it needs quite a lot of work mainly drywall and carpeting (or whatever flooring you would want to do), and a full kitchen and bathroom redo is also needed (kitchen is rough and so is the bathroom) and it is only partially sided. In the past, we have used it as 6 bedrooms, it is a 3 story house, pretty good size. In 2008 it had a new roof, porch, windows, new front side door and a lower door, new facia and soffit, a new furnace and power venter, new sewer pipes and some of the wiring updated.
