The living room is open and a sliding glass door allows you straight onto your own balcony on the 5th floor of the unit. We have personally watched the 4th of July fireworks from this high balcony before. The complex has a swimming pool that opens in the summer for family fun, reserved parking spots for residents (& a great number of visitors spots) and coin op laundry in the building!!
