We are two women in their early/mid 30s seeking a 3rd roommate to join us in our 3 bedroom Jamaica Plain apartment! We are looking for someone to join our 12 month lease beginning 9/1. Rent is $1,000 per person, not including utilities. Landlord will require first and last month's rent plus a credit/background check. No pets allowed. About us: We are both super chill and friendly and would prefer someone similar. Someone in their late 20s or older would be preferable. We both have 9-5s and work outside the house for the most part; 1-2 days a week are usually remote. We are both somewhat introverted, but we also like to have small gatherings occasionally as well as hang out and watch movies. Someone responsible who loves being clean and with a similar lifestyle would be perfect! About the apartment: The room is 10 x 12 (unfurnished) Apartment is the 3rd floor of a multifamily Gas stove, dishwasher, hardwood floors Front porch and back porch Minutes from Forest Hills T Station, Arboretum, Centre St. Bus 39 stop is right outside Plenty of free street parking and residential parking available Free Laundry available in basement (for our unit only) Some storage space available in basement We may be able to accommodate some furniture in the shared spaces since some of it will be leaving come Sept.
