Each room has its own electric heating system, there is an electric water heater and it's on a well/septic system. The tenant will be responsible for the power bill and whatever maintenance they want to do to the yard. We will not be doing any landscape maintenance on this property. The home has a washer and dryer, stove/oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. We are renting this as developers, not as a property management company. Because of this, the tenant needs to understand that this home is being rented AS IS. We may be able to help with major issues, but the tenant will be responsible for minor repairs and/or upgrades.
