The spacious master suite has a King bed, walk in closet, walk-in shower, and separate room for the toilet. All towels, including beach towels for the pool, are included. The guest suite has a Queen bed, with it's own separate bathroom, complete with tub/shower. The Laundry Room has a full-size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum sweeper, and shelves with laundry basket and cleaning supplies. The Den/Office has a computer table, lamps, and office chair. You will enjoy all of this, plus a prime location. You are just minutes from the Pennecamp pool, with chaise loungers, tables, Bocce ball, horseshoes, and shuffleboard. Sumter Landing is a 5-minute drive, with entertainment on the Square, every evening from 5 pm to 9 pm. A little longer drive to Brownwood Square, where every Saturday morning there is a Local Farmer's Market of over 65 vendors. And each of these Squares has shops, movie theaters and other entertainment. Plus, your Villages ID card will make you eligible to play golf on any of the 43 golf courses, attend classes at any of the 32 recreation centers and play pickleball, softball or participate in any of the over 2,000 clubs in The Villages.
