No working air conditioning and only one ceiling fan which is located in the dining room. Single pane windows (some broken) without screens. Broken garage door. (Doesn't even close let alone lock.) No access to the garage through the house. You must go through the backyard. No kitchen sink faucet. The fridge does not have a working water/ice maker nor is there light in the fridge. The freezer handle is missing. Water damage throughout the structure of the home. (Walls, ceilings, floors..) Broken back door. Broken patio side door (has no latch to keep it closed). Furnace room attached the the basement bathroom recently had multiple gas leaks for which questar was called in for and they declared the house unlivable until it was brought up to code. It may or may not be up to code now.. A small portion of the basement floor is missing carpet and is just concrete. Basement windows are not up to fire code. No working smoke alarms or carbon monoxide detectors. Two of the stove burners do nothing but spark and smoke when turned on. There is a dishwasher but it is full of dirt and grime and to our knowledge has never worked. (Just like the central air. ) At least half the windows in the house are caulked shut and do not open. There are no blinds or window coverings of any kind throughout the entire house. Many of the kitchen cabinets either refuse to stay closed or do not shut properly to begin with. They all need to be replaced. There is no exsisting pantry in the kitchen or anywhere else in the home. No light fixtures in the living room, entry way, or main floor hallway. Master bedroom has a light fixture but it does not work and needs to be replaced. Entire home reeks of cat urine. Upstairs where the main bedrooms are there is only one tiny bathtub (without a shower), and one shower that is almost too small for a normal sized adult to stand upright in. The one existing shower upstairs can only be turned on by a ball valve (used typically for gas lines) on the shower head and is impossible to get to a comfortable water temperature. This bathroom also has no locking door. There are no bathroom fans in any of the bathrooms throughout the house. The 1970's blue carpet in one bedroom upstairs and also throughout the entire basement is stained with paint and various unidentifiable liquids in addition to the impossible to remove cat urine. Basement laundry room has a giant hole in the wall leaving the framing and pipes inside the wall exposed. There is a high, though not confirmed, possibility of mold given the water damage to the drywall, cabinets, and linoleum throughout the home. The furnace room in the basement is located in the only existing bathroom downstairs. There are 3 basement bedrooms although two of them are barely big enough to house a full sized bed, let alone any other furniture. The third bedroom has "beautiful" 1970's wood paneled walls. The entire house has not had a deep cleaning since the day it was built in 1977 and has had issues with mice often in the past.
