Gated Mini-Mansion on 3 acres Features Park-Like Front Yard with Huge 120x50 Ft Pond with 7 Lage Koi. Feels Super Peaceful, and Backyard patterned after a Maui Resort with Large Pool and Spa. There has been an 8 point buck that visits most days lately and I have 4 chickens and no roosters. Very peaceful property. Lots of bird song. Room is located in a separate wing of home with its own door to the entry area with a fountain. Its a nice sized room with Gorgeous Front Yard Park-Like and Pond Views! There is a large flat screen TV w/ Prime, TV Plus, Spectrum and Youtube, High Ceilings, Chair Rails, Queen Bed with Moveable Base, Coffee Bar and a Desk and Chair. The room also has a nice normal closet with hangers and a women's large size robe to lounge in, if needed. There is also a small fridge right outside the bedroom door. There is a few occasions where there is another room in the private wing that may also be airbnb'd or rented out and if so, it will be a shared bathroom between both guests. Hasn't happened yet, but just in case. Great things to do while staying is to drink your morning coffee in the covered swinging bench that overlooks the large Koi pond, float in the pool, or just hang out by the pool as it feels very resort-ish, relax in the spa, pull a chair out and just hang out by the chickens. This is very relaxing. Walk around the property and see if you see the 8 point Buck ( Buckey ) that is starting to feel like more of a pet since I have seen him almost every day for the last 60 or so days. No smoking or vaping. Lease will be on a month by month basis if preferred by the tenant or up to a 3 month until we are comfortable with Guest and we will explore longer lease terms if desired.
