There is a community pool with basketball court and numerous parks. Garage is an enclosed 2 car garage with racks and storage. There are also items of furniture, which can be included at no charge, if desired. If you are considering a move to Bend, or building a home in this region, you may find this home to be very convenient. We respectfully request that there is no smoking in the home. I will provide landscaping and yard maintenance. All other usual and customary costs (utilities, cable/internet, water, trash pickup, etc) will be borne by the renter. If a pet is desired, we request a pet deposit of $3000 (totally refundable on move out, if no damage). Parking is in the garage or drive, not on the street, please. I live approximately 5 minutes from the home, so I am available in a timely manner.
