This home is just that, a home. I love living here, but I really don't need the space anymore. This home is a split plan. The two work out rooms are across a large entry walk way, so they can be considered split as well. The garage paint, pool, fire pit area (in backyard) and the weightlifting/cardio room have all been incorporated this last year. The carpet (I feel) needs replacing, so you can pick your favorite.(600 sq.ft.) There are no problems with this house, I have great neighbors whom have been here the the build of our houses 11 years ago. I am willing to sell things, so don't be afraid to ask if something is available. My price is what it is. I am honest, so when I say 300, I don't build up a price to haggle it down. It's 300. :) I am selling it myself, so if you have a realtor, you must bless them on your end.
