We're looking to rent our beautiful home this summer while we are away on business! It's only 1 mile from the beach, shopping, Edgewood Golf Course, Casinos, and the best local restaurants Tahoe has to offer! Amazing hiking, and mountain bike trails right out the front door! It comes freshly painted, fully furnished, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large kitchen for those who love to cook and entertain, room for 4 parking spots, garage, large deck to enjoy Tahoe's outdoors, lovely living area to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine by the fire, large entertainment/game room, etc. The perfect place to enjoy the summer! We are taking early applications as we're looking to rent the property for the whole summer. Minimum of 1 month lease, maximum of 6 month lease (available May 1 - Oct 31). No smoking, no pets.
