We have to relocate for a job, and are looking for a warm tenant that will love this house and neighborhood as much as we do. This is a beautiful, spacious home in Atlanta. The house has a large open floor plan. Located 2 minutes to Tyler Perry Studios, Atlanta University Center, Lee+White ST Beltline, breweries, coffee shops, food hall and ice cream. It's a short drive to Atlanta's world class restaurants and shopping, and 8 minutes to the Atlanta Airport! Neighborhood has a lot of young families, we have loved it here. The spacious kitchen has all stainless steal appliances.The primary bedroom has a walk-in closet and large bathroom with walk-in stone shower. The guest suite has a private full bath. Upstairs there are two other bedrooms (or an office/studio) and a full bath. There is also a den or playroom. We have a HUGE yard with access to a side lot and creek that lines the back of the property. There is an upper deck just off the kitchen and a front porch with ceiling fan.
