    Nice updated home, completely painted, all new hardwood flooring throughout the entire house and a new updated kitchen! Nice rental property. Gorgeous new bathrooms that were completed on Friday, December 18. Brand new never used. Great house in Spring Texas and the awesome spring school District. Large open living and dining area, great kitchen, three bedroom two bath, two car garage on almost 1/4 of an acre! Huge yard, great for dogs. New roof July 2022 and new A/C unit installed in December 2022. The main living and dining area are open with vaulted ceilings and designer lighting. Two car garage that is large enough to fit two cars with no problem. Street parking is also not an issue. House has never flooded and is not in a flood zone. Quarterly inspections are also done on the property inside and out. Property won't last long. The home is available on Friday, December 19 when they are done remodeling the bathrooms, It's available for immediate move-in. Please do not apply. If you do not have a credit score of 650 or higher or have bankruptcies. Stable secure job history. Must pass background check. Rent must be paid via Venmo or direct deposit to my checking account on the first of each month. No checks in the mail. Can do a short term lease anywhere from 3-4 months for $2295.00 Very large yard which you are responsible for mowing and upkeep. HOA is very strict about lawn upkeep. If you don't pay rent on time or a big complainer, we would not be a good match. I would just like a nice honest renter that pays rent on time and takes care of the place. First lease will be a six month lease If rent is paid on time every month then extend it to another 6 to 12 months would love to find a long-term renter that is stable and pays rent on time. If you pay your rent on time the first year we can do a two or three year lease or whatever you would like with no increase in rent as long as there's not a major increase in property tax or insurance. I will consider a 12, 18 month or 24 month lease if you credit worthy. The property sits on almost a quarter of an acre so if your gardener it would be a great To set up a large garden.
