Interested in a single occupant (no couples, kids, or additional pets) who is responsible, considerate, and clean. If you are uncomfortable around dogs or tend to be messy, this may not be the best fit. The Home Includes: Your spacious, unfurnished bedroom with ensuite full bathroom, large closet, vaulted ceiling, A/C & heater unit, plenty of windows/natural light, and private entrance (separate from the main home/living areas). Shared Kitchen: Full access to dual ovens, stove, microwave, air fryer, Breville espresso machine, nugget ice maker, etc. You will have your own space in the fridge/freezer and plenty of pantry space. Shared Living Room: Spacious with giant sectional couch, 70" TV, fantastic sound system, and vaulted ceiling perfect for movie nights! Shared Amenities: Washer/dryer and additional storage in garage Pool/ping pong table and foosball table in the main house Cornhole boards available for outside Backyard: Outdoor patio perfect for relaxing!
