Enjoy the cool canyon breezes and picturesque view of Topanga Canyon. To the right of the front door is a romantic set of Canyon stone stairs with warm lights that automatically light up at night. After reaching the bottom level, there is an outside 350 sq ft patio which can serve as a perfect space for hosting small parties or get-togethers. It features a glass table with chairs, Smokey Joe charcoal grill, lounge patio chair, rectangular planter, courtyard, and access to a large backyard that connects directly to the Santa Monica Mountain forest. The surrounding area is also great for camping and hiking in the wilderness! Upon entering the inside through the sliding glass door there is a bed to the left which has a Spinal Pedic mattress by Devonshire with a pillow top and contouring support to give you a good night's rest. A small portable heater is available for use in the winter months and an air fan is available for use in the warmer months. The TV provides the option to stream your own subscription services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO, Starz, etc. with FREE high speed guest Wi-Fi. A beautiful and diverse set of artwork decorates the walls. There is also plenty of storage space in four large built-in wall shelves that have three clothes storing boxes available for use. There is a split leaf folding table that can be utilized for dining inside, working, or setting papers on. The kitchenette comes with a fully functional Keurig coffee machine, a full set of silverware, plates, bowls, mugs, cups, wine glasses, a microwave, toaster, Tramontina induction cooking system, refrigerator, and freezer. There is plenty of cupboard space under the kitchen counter. A small fire extinguisher and first aid kit is provided for emergencies. A DVD stereo and radio player is also available for playing your favorite music or recorded speeches. A copy of the Topanga-Malibu guidebook written by me is on the right shelf. The guidebook covers everything from restaurants, hiking, horseback riding, wine tasting tours, beaches, surfboard rentals, and more. With my guidebook you'll have in-depth knowledge only possessed by locals. Moving on to the bathroom we have a full set of white towels, bathtub, shower, several shelves of storage space, a bathroom fan to circulate air, and more space under the sink. Under the bathroom sink there is a hair dryer available for use. Since we are in a fire zone, smoking is strictly prohibited. There is ample parking that can be found at street level. I am flexible with the lease duration as long as the security deposit is paid upfront. I'd prefer at least a 3 month lease. Water and power will be provided at no charge as long as there is not an abnormally excessive use. Wi-Fi is also free of charge.
