We happened upon the home while walking our dogs. Saw the For Sale sign & flier about the house, loved the fact it included a casita. Called our realtor friend to arrange to see the house. Saw it that night, fell in love with the house. Not too small, not too big, it seemed just right. Put an offer in on the house that night. It was accepted the next day, we have not looked back!
