You have to walk up stairs in the front courtyard to enter the building, thus the 1st floor is more like the 2nd floor. Several bus lines are located a block or two from the apartment: BX15, BX 40, BX 42, BX 32, BX 17. I'm also a 5-min walk to the MetroNorth (Tremont stop). Buses will get you to the 4, 5, and 2 trains. Co-op board approval required. Must submit application, and the board will meet with you. Co-op board application fee with credit check $200. If you are approved and you sign the lease, I will deduct $100 of the application fee from your 1st month rent.
