Location, Location, Location!! Our Beautiful 2/1 condo nestled in the heart of the "FREMONT VILLAS CONDO COMPLEX". We had our 40 yr old antiquated electrical panel replaced by a licensed Electrical Contractor with a City Of Fremont permit, and I also install new white Levolor blinds along with a new GE stainless steel refrigerator in 2016. The new stainless steel Frigidaire dishwasher, the new GE stackable washer/dryer, and new garbage disposal were installed in 2018. Also in 2018, we hired a licensed contractor to install new white dual pane insulated tinted windows, and a sliding patio door, It made a huge difference in exterior noise reduction!! In 2017 the exterior of the entire complex was freshly painted! In 2018 the entire complexes drive-through area was resurfaced, and striped, and ALL the complexes balconies were inspected and resurfaced, and high-end video surveillance cameras were strategically placed throughout the entire complex! The newer Fremont condos are NOT in this price range! nor are they a short five-minute walk to The Fremont Bart Station, Lake Elizabeth, The Fremont Library, The Fremont Police Station, 24 hr. Fitness, Kaiser Hospital, Washinton Hospital, The Morris Hyman Critical Care Pavilion, The Fremont Senior Center, and The Gateway Shopping Center like our Beautiful FREMONT VILLAS COMPLEX is!! and that makes a huge difference come winter!!
