    Large open spaces with majority upgrade components including a wine fridge, water filtration system, and professional range. With attached insulated garage cold winters can be easily managed. Huge deck with optional use of pool upon agreement. Currently the back half is electrically fenced for a horse and some goats. House is very well insulated and that reflects in the propane usage. Large 35x45' bubble insulated shop with a good wood stove (restricted use for first 2-3 months for owners to use as storage while relocating). Perfect house for entertaining guests, raising children, or both. Absolutely no smoking, if smoking is discovered or suspected security deposit will be withheld. Propane is currently set up on a contract to keep full. Owner will consider keeping it in their name and adding it to the rent but it will be reviewed on a quarterly basis.
