Note: Home is being rented due to temporarily moving out of state. Home actually has 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths; however only renting 2BR / 2BA due to 3rd BR reserved for my stay in Atlanta (every 6-7 weeks) Either a 6, month 12 month or corporate lease is ideal. Exterior lawn maintenance and trash service is included with rent. Tenant is responsible for all utilities (Electric, Gas & Water). Tenant is responsible for basic upkeep and maintenance of home such as quarterly filter changes etc.. Ideal tenant will have a minimum credit score of 600 and be able to pass a background check.
