The school district here is excellent: Stanton Elementary (891), Creekside Middle (887), Canyon Middle (876), and Castro Valley High (826). The house is located only one block from Stanton Elementary. There are a couple of fruit trees in the backyard, one of which is a lemon tree. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly, and neighbors are respectful and long-term residents of the area.The house is very conveniently located in terms of transportation. It is a very short drive to both Castro Valley BART and Bayview BART ( 5 min), through which you can easily get to Oakland, Berkeley, San Francisco and Fremont. If you drive to work, it takes only 3 min to get on I-580, and 8 min on I-880, which get you to all major job hubs in the East Bay, the Peninsula and Pleasanton/Livermore. Please reply to this post if you are interested.RENTAL TERMS:Minimum 1 year lease at $2,450 per month. Good credit score, rental history, and employment and income verification required. Security deposit: 1.5 month rent. A non-refundable $25 application fee per application used for credit check. The chosen tenant will get the $25 deducted from his/her first month rent.
