I am trying to rent a room which will be shared with a foreign student attending SFSU. The cost will be about 750 everything. The room is huge and the house is formal with family room, living room dinning room and lots of hallways. The 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen will be shared with other roommates living in the house. The room will have a divider for privacy. Please note we prefer a female and a Student. Short term welcome. References and income verification required. Thank you The shared room is 550 but the utilities are extra which run about 170 each. The is also 25 fee each month to pay for hire help to clean house.
