Renter responsible for gas, electricity, water, garbage, internet and cable/entertainment. We will require the security deposit and first month's rent be in either a cashier's check or a money order. Please submit a zillow application before requesting a tour. A tour request will not be granted unless there is an application on file. There is no application fee.
