The Venu/Edge Condo Complex is located in the neighborhood of Grayhawk which is in North Scottsdale. There's beautiful dessert landscape and walking paths everywhere. It's a 5/10 minute walk to shopping, the grocery store, and amazing restaurants. The condo is central to the world class golfing, hiking, and shopping of Scottsdale. The Waste Management Open is a 5/10 min drive. West World (Barrett Jackson) is 5/10 min. drive. Scottsdale Quater is 10 min drive. Old Town & airport are 20 min. We have a single car detached garage and ample visitor parking. There's a bus stop 10 minute walk away. The condo is located on the third floor providing amazing views from the patio and every room. It's freshly painted with brand new carpet. We've made lots of updates and it's stylishly decorated. The patio is our favorite place to enjoy a cup coffee or a glass of wine and watch the sunrise and set, view the dessert wildlife, local mountains and city. We have an gorgeous, comfortable outdoor couch and candle lit lanterns for a delightful ambiance. Both bedrooms rooms have brand new queen mattresses. The master bedroom has access huge glass doors with access to the patio (as well as the living room), an en suite bathroom, soaking tub and walk in closet. The second bedroom is on the other side of the condo which provides nice privacy. It's has panoramic views and it's right across the hall from the second full bath. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a comfy couch, flatscreen, fireplace and patio entrance. We have a fans in every room/coffee maker/kitchen essentials/linens/basic toiletries. No pets no smoking.
