This is an ideal commuter's home, just off of Redwood Road. Because it is nearby the 2100 N exchange, it is only 6 minutes from I-15, making it less than 30 minutes from provo and 40 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City. It is also only 10 minutes from the Lehi, Thanksgiving Point, and American Fork commercial areas. The neighborhood is quiet. It is far enough to feel like a rural area, but in easy reach from work and shopping areas. Two quick notes: One, the photos here do not show blinds, which have since been installed. Two, the map places this unit outside the shopping area, which is incorrect. The actual location is a few blocks north, on the edge of the Harvest Hills neighborhood. If you search the address, google will come up with the correct address. We were planning on living in it for longer than we are, we built it with all the upgrades. A gas fireplace and stove, granite countertops, upgraded carpet, wood laminate flooring, a full backsplash, and others, this has been a very comfortable place to live. The bedrooms are spacious, and this would be a great family home or an individual residence. The small yard in front is HOA managed, keeping maintenance easy, and the neighborhood is nice for walking or parks. The area is quiet, and although it is a row-house, the walls are very thoroughly insulated, which reduces utility costs and noise. I know that our neighbors have small children, but we have never heard them through the walls. I play the electric guitar, and they have never heard me play, either. (That or they're just really nice.) The unfinished basement has a lot of storage space and shelving, and there is a two-car garage, with additional parking spaces in back and street parking in front. We have had friends over regularly, and have never had a problem with parking, which has been an issue in other places we've lived. My favorite part of living here would be the kitchen, which I will miss. The counter-tops are spacious for cooking, the stove is gas, there is a lot of cabinet storage, and the dining area is large enough to fit a long dining table. We have used it for dinners with friends and large board games. There is barbecue space on the back patio. Talk to us about pets. We don't mind having animals in the home, (we have 2 cats,) but would like to discuss it and meet the animal before confirming a specific pet policy. We are going to miss this place, but are really happy with the way that it turned out. We hope you'll enjoy it as well.
