First floor - room available and garage Second floor - shared living room, kitchen and patio Third floor - Master bedroom and 2 guest rooms Utilities: water, electricity, water, gas and internet included in rent Parking: street parking outside of community available We are a couple working professionals, with a well trained golden retriever. Sorry we can't accept other pets. Only renting out one room, so there will be only 3 people living in the house. No smoking inside, no laundry after 11pm, ok with occasional overnight guests. Lease is month to month.
