We are a home for college males attending New Mexico State University or Dona Ana Community College during the Fall/Spring or summer semesters. The two rooms that are currently available are $450 a 2-month (summer), 6-month (semester), or 1-year lease. Our house is within walking and biking range of the main campus and Espina DACC campus. There are four parking spots in front of the house. The kitchen has a refrigerator with purified water and ice, a dishwasher, an electric oven, and common kitchen appliances. The living room has four couches and an extra chair which make it great for gathering with friends. We also have a laundry room, a porch, and a trampoline for roommate and guest use. I am an in-house landlord; for any questions or details about our rooms, cost, or availability, please feel free to reach out to me. The room comes fully furnished, has a desk, chair, bed, and TV. No smoking allowed. No vaping allowed. No illegal drug use. No sale or buying of illegal stuff on or about the premises. No eating other tenants food, touching their stuff, or entering their premises. Clean up after yourself. Make sure you park between posts such that all four cars fit within the parking space. If you have pets and we determine they are a good fit for the home, an additional monthly fee of $25 and pet safety deposit of $250 will be required. Do not change, rearrange, or add anything to the premises without prior written consent. Be mindful of others and respect the premises. Once you are here, you will be required to fill out a lease agreement.
