The Grand Beach Inn is now offering weekly rates starting now until May 31, 2026.We have the Junior Suite with a full kitchen, includes one Queen bed and all utilities included . The rate is $300.00 a week + tax. This will also cover heat, hot water, electricity, WI-FI and snow removal. We do require a $500 security deposit and $250 pet deposit. (If applicable) No cats and ONLY 1 DOG . The deposits are refundable at the end of your stay as long as no damages. There is a non refundable $25 application fee per applicant that is 18+ *Credit Checks Required* We do not accept any form of General Assistance, Housing Vouchers, State Aids et We require a 2 week minimum stay. The weekly rentals are available until May 31st 2024. We are also a non smoking property.
