Salt Shed Flats is a brand new living place in Hayden, near The Wildgoose Granary and Yampa Valley Brewery. It is still under construction but will be finished very soon. We are opening it up for rent October 1. Owner pays utilities and tenant pays wifi through Luminate. If you have a pet, there will be a $500 pet fee. There is no fence yard and we will not tolerate barking dogs inside your unit. All pets that will be accepted need to be very well trained and able to stay quiet.
