This is a 2 BR 1 BA mobile home located in Ellendale. It is an older mobile home that we have acquired, but we have made some improvements, installing laminate hardwood floors and new cabinets and countertops in the kitchen. Eventually we want to paint the outside of the mobile and install basic landscaping. Any felonies will be an automatic denial, as well as any crimes against persons or property, regardless of the class of offense. Must provide proof of income showing at least 3.5x monthly rent in gross income. Security deposit starts at one month. If you do not have a landlord reference the security deposit will be 1.5x monthly rent. If you have negative entries on your credit such as liens, judgments, charge-offs, etc. the deposit will increase to 1.5x monthly rent. If you have previous evictions or money owed to landlords your application will be denied. No pets allowed. Application policies are non-negotiable.
