The kitchen has a stand-alone convection oven and two cast iron hot plates instead of a traditional range. The bathroom has all new fixtures and a large soaking tub. The upper level loft has a queen sized bed and build-in closets. Oak hardwood floors throughout. Appliances include: new washer and dryer, new dishwasher. Renter controls heating and cooling with their own mini split. Utilities include: high speed fiber internet, water (tankless hot water heater for endless hot water), gas, electric, trash removal, yard maintenance. One dog is allowed on case-by case basis. No more than two renters. The guest house shares one lower back wall with the original 1937 house, with one-foot thick soundproofing. It is rare to hear any sounds between the two houses. Rent is $1,700 / month + $175 utilities. Lease is month-to-month with $25 application fee and background check required.
