The site offer a beautiful and remote slice of heaven 5 minutes from Walmart :) Any violation of the law or noncompliance with the property rules and restrictions will be cause for termination of the lease and removal from the property. Pets must be leashed or kept inside at all times unless secured by an electric or physical enclosure. No hunting or trapping on property. Firearms will not be displayed and must be stored adhering to accepted safety standards including locked safe box and separation of ammunition and weapon. No excessive drinking, driving under the influence, disorderly behavior or fighting. Tenants must adhere to daily quiet hours from 2100 - 0700. Tenants found destroying property, harming wildlife, or otherwise degrading the environs will be subject to removal. Nonpayment of rent will be subject to removal within 30 days. Tenants woll pay any excessive use of landlord-paid utilities beyond an averaged monthly amout. No use of motorized recreational vehicles permitted without landowners prior consent. Additional rules or restrictions may be added to thes items upon the landowners discretion.
