The County says it is a public easement. (You can cross it, but would need a permit to clear. ) The actual address is 1980 Daffodil Avenue which is probably a rough road if accessible. A couple of options for a future build. City water is to the house just North of this lot. Not sure if they would extend to this lot. This would be worth extra steps for an acre size lot. Environmental Study would be required.
