These units are very spacious with two bedrooms and one bathroom. There is a mud room entering into the unit. There is ample storage in the unit itself. The unit has lock flooring and is freshly painted. Outside there is plenty of acreage to walk the property , and there is also a small creek that flows by the back two buildings. We have coin operated laundry rooms on site in each building. Maintenance is quick to respond to repair or emergency calls, and our office staff is happy to answer any questions, or concerns tenants may have. There is free off street parking for our tenants. Newfield Horizon is on Route 13 in Newfield nestled back near a wooded lot. It is just a short drive to Ithaca to do any shopping or eating. The owner pays for garbage, water and sewer. The units are ground floor. The utilities are separate from the rent, but very efficient with in floor radiant heat, and on demand hot water. The lease is for 1 year but if you give a 30 day notice by the first of the month in writing you are able to break your lease. We do allow up to two pets with a pet deposit of $500 per pet.
