The lease begins August 15th, 2026, and ends July 31st, 2027. Rent is due on the 15th of each month with a five-day grace period on payments until the 21st. If the account balance on the 21st is greater than $100 a late fee of $50 is charged. Tenants have the option to renew at any time. For the utilities, tenants are responsible for electric(AEP), water/sewer, gas(Columbia Gas), and any additional services such as internet, TV, and phone.
